We use the name, email address, ticket quantity and notes submitted with a ticket request only to manage the request, confirm payment, issue tickets and respond to enquiries.
Ticket application information is handled only by authorized Otogi Records staff and stored on Cloudflare. We use Resend to deliver confirmation emails. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in free-text fields.
We use the name, email address, subject and message submitted through the contact form only to respond to enquiries. Contact messages are sent to the Otogi Records operating email address through Resend and are not stored in the website D1 database.
